Women’s Cross Country and Track & Field

The Montclair State Women’s Cross Country and Track & Field Programs are on the cusp of an exciting era. With a new coaching staff in Head Coach Pete Tuohy, Assistant Coaches Rich O'Connor, Jocelyn Anderson ('18), Sarah Talmadge, and Lia Kessler ('18), the Red Hawks have been leaving their mark at both the conference and regional level. The 2024 indoor season by the numbers: 1 Individual Conference Champion, 1 NCAA All-Region Award Winner, 3 School Records, 4 All-Conference Award Winners, 9 Atlantic Region Qualifiers, 12 Conference Point Scorers, and 17 Montclair Top-10 All-Time Performances.
