The Strength and Conditioning Program at Montclair State University is a vital cornerstone of the institution’s commitment to developing student-athletes to their fullest potential. Strength and conditioning is integral to the success of our 18 NCAA Division III sports teams, and its foundation is built on promoting athletic performance through scientifically-backed training principles. The Strength and Conditioning staff at Montclair State works diligently to enhance strength, power, agility, speed, endurance, and overall fitness, while ensuring the safety and well-being of each student-athlete. The Strength and Conditioning Program also plays a key role in educating student-athletes on proper training techniques, nutrition, and recovery strategies. We believe in empowering athletes with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed both on and off the field.
To support and enhance this program, we encourage you to consider contributing to the Montclair State University Strength and Conditioning Department. Donations will go towards acquiring new exercise equipment, exercise science technology, and fulfilling other essential needs to help our student-athletes achieve greatness. Your generosity is greatly appreciated, and as always, we thank you for your continued support.
